1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders placed on the aescentics website may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that:

  • the product has not been used,
  • the product is returned in its original packaging,
  • the product is in resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Customized or personalized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective in accordance with applicable law.

2. Defective Product Responsibility

If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify aescentics within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Upon verification of the defect, the customer will be offered one of the following, at the company’s discretion:

  • replacement of the product, or
  • full refund of the purchase price.

aescentics shall not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

aescentics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall not be the responsibility of aescentics.
